Goku could outmatch Batman in everything except for academics. Due to this, his only weakness, his tail could not be held, because instant transmission can summon him to any point directly in the universe. Transporting Batman to space literally faster than he could blink at 186,000 units a second.(Depends on your scale.)
Just look up on google instant transmission and it will tell you in customary I believe.

After seeing this argument I was very hesitant to click the Accept button because my argument is not what most people would use. Also, it's a very 'cheap' method to defeat my opponent. Please do not hate, it is simply a logical justification.

My opponent literally just proved my argument correct.

"Goku could outmatch Batman in everything except for academics." - gametimer

Definition of defeat: (v.) win a victory over (someone) in a battle or other contest; overcome or beat | (n.) an instance of defeating of being defeated

Therefore, Batman could defeat Goku in a match through academics.

If my opponent had worded his debate differently, he would be correct in saying that Batman could not beat Goku in a fight. However, since the wording implies that Batman could not defeat Goku in anything, my opponent is wrong in saying that he can't. Batman could defeat Goku in academics, therefore my justification is correct in saying that Batman could defeat Goku.

Wordplay is a devious thing.

I have to congratulate you on that. That was very unexpected. Although I will make another and reword it. No sensible person would challenge that. :)

Of course Batman couldn't beat Goku in a fight... but he could in checkers :)

The only way Batman is winning this, is if he is given an insane amount of prep time, and manages to get the IG or HoTU within that time.

And do what ever you can to win. (Except things we know they can't do)

Even if it is one on one and batman studied him for years.... Goku can blow up all of Gotham City with one blast (the world if he so desired)...bullets bounce of him...there is no way a mere human would be able to beat Goku. And...he really has no weaknesses.
