Barrack Obama is a fantastic canidates for the 2008 election. This is the year for a man that isnt white to get voted in to presidency . It dosent matter what his or her ( Hiliry clinton) skin color is as long as they are a good canidate then they have the same right as any other Person over the age of 35 running for president. Obama is going to make a diffrence and is going to change the way america thinks about diffrent subjects centered around race. I think that Any american over the age of 35 has the right to run for president .

I'm not sure what your actual argument is here, but to me it sounds like you are saying we should elect Obama BECAUSE he is black. This thinking alone is what LEADS to a lot of race problems. I am a strong opponent of discrimination, however, I am also a huge opponent of "entitlement". Obama should NOT be entitled to be president because he is black, he should be elected because he is the best candidate. He is NOT the best candidate (though he might be on the democratic side). What is he going to do to "change the way people think about race"? In my opinion, he will do what other democrats do, and that is take money from those that have made the choices and sacrifices to become wealthy, and give it to those who have not. He will also use that money to give more "support" to his own race, which is exactly the wrong thing to do in order to stop race problems, as this will only increase the number of people who think they are "entitled" to something because of their skin color.
