"black is color regardless of definition of color"

Incorrect.

Evidence to back up my claim

The electromagnetic spectrum is the range of wavelengths and frequencies over electromagnetic radiation. Wavelengths are distances between two crests. Depending on the wavelength, the electromagnetic radiation has a color.

For instance, one with a wavelength between 492 to 577 nanometers is green. A plant's clorophyll molecules reflect that, and absorbs the rest.

However, the spectrum does not consist of black. Therefore, it is simply the absence of the presences of the electromagnetic spectrum colors. Therefore, it itself is not a color.

Sunlight (White, in particular) is composed of all colors. Sunlight transmits electromagnetic radiation, in which depending on its wavelength (The distance between two crests), it has a color.

So, the rain droplets then reflect different ones, emanating from the Sunlight. When that occurs, a Rainbow appears.

You are arguing in favor of the resolution that black is indeed, not a color (In terms of light). Therefore, your arguments are correct.

Why does it matter, though? The Sunlight (Light, in particular) transmits electromagnetic radiation with various wavelengths. Rain droplets reflect some, emanating from the Sun (Like said). And due to that, a Rainbow appears.

Simple. Electromagnetic spectrum is indeed the range of wavelengths and frequencies over electromagnetic radiation. Wavelengths are distances between two crests. Depending on one's wavelength, there's a color (In which one (Or more) reflects, and the others absorb). Black isn't there. Therefore, black is the absence of the presences of the electromagnetic spectrum colors. Therefore, it itself is not a color.

Could you explain what black is, being that the eye still sees, perceives it?

Reasons for voting decision: CONDUCT: Accusing con of sucking a "co." S&G: see conduct. ARGUMENT: See conduct (the closest thing he made to a case beyond assertion). SOURCES: Con backed his case with evidence, which was then not challenged.
