Jango Fett was a male human Mandalorian from the planet Concord Dawn, and was widely regarded as the best bounty hunter in the galaxy during the last years of the Galactic Republic. Fett wore a set of Mandalorian armor as a bounty hunter, though he was considered a pretender by the New Mandalorian government of Mandalore. In the years preceding the Clone Wars, Fett was recruited by the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus to be the genetic template of the clone troopers for the Grand Army of the Republic. Fett was also behind the assassination attempts against Senator Padm" Amidala on behalf of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After Fett's death during the Battle of Geonosis, his son, Boba Fett an unaltered clone whom he raised as his own child followed in his father's footsteps and became one of the another deadly bounty hunter. A bounty hunter who also moonlighted as an assassin for hire, Jango Fett was recruited in the years prior to the Clone Wars by Count Dooku, using his Sith name of Tyranus, to be the genetic model for the clone army created by the cloners of the planet Kamino. Fett agreed and, in addition to his fee of twenty million credits, also requested an unaltered clone for himself, one who was not subjected to the typical growth acceleration and behavioral modifications given to the clones. Fett raised this clone as his son, whom he named Boba Fett. Fett also remained on Kamino and supervised the flash-training of the clone troopers.
All of the facts that you mentioned are true, and are also true for Boba Fett. Boba Fett was the best bounty hunter in the Galactic Empire, and he was the most feared. Boba Fett also did his jobs himself. In the beginning of Attack of the Clones, Jango is telling another bounty hunter to do his job. This is pathetic. The only thing that one can say about Jango is his precise shot on his own bounty hunter that was still. Jango Fett also just kept shooting at Mace Windu expecting nothing bad was going to happen, and ends up getting his head cut off. Boba Fett has been training to be a bounty hunter ever since he was in his teens. He was in a team of 4-5 bounty hunters. His first job was to kill Mace Windu. He diguised himself as a clone, and tried to plant a bomb on Windu's room. Windu would have been killed if not for a clone that distracted him from going in. Boba Fett also got away when every one figured out who he was. He got a way from a Republic Ship in a small ship with no guns. He was also 15 years old when he did this stuff. When he was 16, he took on the leadership role of those bounty hunters which increased his experience as a lethal bounty hunter. Boba Fett also was effective at carrying out traps and assassinations unlike Jango. Jango failed to assassinate Padme, but Boba thrived at creating a trap for Han and Leia at Cloud City. I think it goes without saying. Boba Fett's upbringing helped him become an efficient bounty hunter.
His first job was to kill Mace Windu. He diguised himself as a clone, and tried to plant a bomb on Windu's room. Windu would have been killed if not for a clone (which wasnt that hard considering he is one essentially) that distracted him from going in. Boba Fett also got away when every one figured out who he was. That was not Boba's first job, that was him trying to avenge the death of his father. And throughout that episode i hated boba, he was nothing but a moaney spoiled brat. Dont take the fact that Jango coldnt kill padme seriously, throughout the clone wars MANY bounty hunters, including the mother-figure of boba tried and failed. Plus when Jango attempted it he was against Obi-wan and Anakin Skywalker "the chosen one". He was still the closest to killing her as any of the rest. Also boba didnt get away, after athe attempt of mace windues life (twice) he was incarerated, granted not for long but he was caught. Also dont get me started on embarrising deaths when your trying to protect Boba Fett, He was killed by a blind, confused han solo and a faulty jetpack. In fact if you listen closely enough i think you can still hear him being digested by the sarlac pit.
Jango Fett wore a set of energized Mandalorian armor designed with a durasteel alloyand piloted a customized Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft named Slave I throughout his career, which his son Boba inherited upon his death.Fett also carried a vast array of equipment on his person. He owned a pair of customized WESTAR-34 blaster pistols that had hollowed-out grips and used a Z-6 jetpack with a built-in missile launcher. He also had a number of gadgets hidden in his gauntlets, including a vibroblade, a whipcord thrower, and a ZX miniature flame projector. A lot of which was taken by Boba.
