To me bribery here shall be seen morally and ethically. First of all I nowhere decline the existence of Bribery. I whole heartily support the very existence of Bribery in particular and Corruption in large in our society. Now the very keyword of out topic is "accepted norm". Accepted first of all is an acknowledgement of a thing that you are fine with and do not oppose it in any way. Secondly, by norm it means that each and every citizen of the society does not have any problem with it whatsoever ; which for sure is not the reality. the ground fact is that there are people down in the streets fighting against bribery. therefore is cannot be taken that bribery is an accepted norm in the modern society.

By "accepted norm" means its not considered as wrong by the society. If it was accepted then it would have been done openly in the society. It is not done openly ...that shows that even now the bribe system is not considered valid . The whole point of bribe is about to manipulate the existing system to get your work done better than earlier , which is i guess against the law. So i am making a point that it can never be accepted norm .

Reasons for voting decision: it is hard to vote between the 2 since both of them have forfeited equally and for source it is a tie since both of them did not use any sources and pro wins a point in spelling and grammar because of this"g against bribery. therefore is cannot".
