When making his speech to Congress about the Gulf War, George H.W, Bush called for a new world order where the strong protect the weak. I will be arguing that his vision has not come true. The format will be as follows:
1. Acceptance of debate. You may NOT post your case here.
2. This is where you will present your entire case.
3. Rebuttal
4. Final concluding statements.
Best of luck!

We definitely have done our job protecting the weak. The war against terror in syria/iran is a great example.

Do you think powerful countries such as the United States have done their jobs protecting smaller, weaker countries in the world? For example, by providing them with military and economic support.

I would like to debate this, but this is a bit too broad. If you could specify, I might accept.
