Certain definitions of happiness state that happiness can be accomplished regardless of financial predicament. I find that the fundamentals of happiness(i.e., food, shelter, water, and family) are often pushed aside for material things. Here are a few defined terms that we may use in our arguments.
Materialistic: a doctrine that the only or the highest values or objectives lie in material well-being and in the furtherance of material progress.
Happiness: a state of well being and contentment.
First Round is acceptance.

Money can't buy happiness as research shows that rich people are unhappier than to those who aren't rich. They are unhappy because they can not get the things they want becuase they think that money can buy everything.

Money can buy happiness if you have enough of it, that is.
