Can anyone give some pro and con options about this debate topic?

Pro

Yes. Social media is big way to promote political and social change. Look at websites like Facebook and Twitter after the Trayvon Martin case. There was a large debate over whether the jury sided with George Zimmerman because of race. The social media debate caused civil rights leaders like Al Sharpton to get involved. I look foward to hearing con's second round argument.

Are you actually hoping to debate the con side of this? Or are you just looking for some arguments on both sides? I'd be willing to go Pro on this issue.
