First, definitions:
Yes: affirmative.
Buns: a plural noun referring to bread (hot dog buns), or to the gluteus maximus of a human.
Adjective: a word that describes a noun.

Well this is simple. I'll make it a syllogism:
All "buns" are plural nouns.
No plural nouns are adjectives.
Therefore, no "buns" are adjectives.

But saying that someone has "nice buns" is okay. The word "nice" describes the buns that person has (1).
