First of all, robots don"t have the human emotions and can not motivate. Human emotions can make someone rethink their judgement. For example if you feel empathy for someone you can see another"s perspective.
Robots lack creativity and thinking outside the box. Many jobs today require critical and creative thinking. Such as entrepreneurs,researcher and others.
Robots judge by data acquired and hypothesis. Our judgement is influenced by emotions logic and experience.
Robots might choose decisions that might not be the best way. Like they will try to solve a problem no matter how high the cost.
Robots are being made for helping people make choices not take over jobs.
Robots can"t improvise or react in certain situations.
