Rules of debate:
1) The number of rounds used for debate should be 3. If con wishes to use round 1 for debate, they should then, therefore waive round 4 to keep the number of debate rounds even between us.
2) No personal attacks, ad hominem, insults
3) The debate structure should be one of the following:
A) The first round that is actually used for debate, should just be main arguments. The second round used for debate should be used for rebuttals to the main arguments of your opponent and/or more main points. The third round that is used for debate should be defense against your opponent's rebuttals and/or rebuttals to your opponent's main arguments
B) The first round used for debate for the first person to post arguments should be main arguments. The first round for debate for the second person should be rebuttals to those main arguments. The second round used for debate for the first person should be defense against opponent's rebuttals. The second round used for debate for the second person should be main arguments. The third round used for debate for the first person should be rebuttals to the opponent's main arguments, for the second person it should be defense against rebuttals.
4) It will be assumed we are going by my definitions of words provided below. If con objects to them, say so in comments before accepting the debate and we will work out on a definition.

If any of the above rules are violated by either side, then voters should vote for the other person who did not violate them, or who did so to a lesser degree, for the point in conduct.

Definitions:
Socialism: "a range of economic and social systems characterised by social ownership and democratic control of the means of production; as well as the political ideologies, theories, and movements that aim to establish them."[1]

Any definitions of terms within the socialism definition will be assumed to be how Wikipedia also defines them.

The whole of China is Socialist-Communism, with varying locations slowly becoming Capitalist. I would accept the debate, but I don't disagree with you enough to really debate it. Good luck!

China is both. It's officially communist (which is a social system) but their "special economic zones" mean any decent sized city is exclusively capitalist.
