Round 1- Accept
Round 2- Main Points
Round 3- Conclusion

China is an international super power that has gotten away with not following the International Human Rights Law. It has avoided economic sanctions placed on other countries (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, etc.) simply because of it's huge impact on the world economy and that is not an excuse to get away with violating international law.

International Law should not apply to China because it is not enforced on nations like the United States. Also, there are some very silly standards. Apparently internet access is a human right. No nation should be forced to accept this.
