Christians should never be seen judging gay people for judging people is against the holy book but some christians would ignore that and would go out gay bashing people. I'm christian so i know what im talking about.

Although I truly believe that nobody should be against or have hatred towards anyone, the Bible states otherwise. For the few passages that say Christians should love thy neighbor, is contradicted many times. For example Leviticus 20:13 states that, "If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." I think it is pretty obvious that god does not want anything to do with homosexuals. It is once again mentioned in Romans 1:26-27, "Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones; in the same way, men committed shameful acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error." And once again in Leviticus 18:22, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." To ignore this is cherry picking. I will once again say that I do not promote hatred, but the religion that so many people claim is about love is actually full of negative passages.

Round 2 was for opening arguments but ok,

Jesus was a social rebel; he cared for the poor; he spoke to non-believers; he condemned only those who hurt people; he spoke volumes about love for all people; and he came to liberate the oppressed, as he said in his first sermon in Luke 4: 18.

Matthew 8: 5-13
Jesus met a humbled Roman soldier. The soldier begins to tell Jesus about his sick and dying servant. The soldier keeps explaining to Jesus why this servant, the sick one, is special to him. Servants, like slaves, were like property that could be easily replaced, but this Roman Soldier has a special connection to this servant. He humbled himself before a man that most Romans thought was a loon. out of faith that Jesus could heal him. Jesus, knowing all, decided not only to heal this special servant, but to commend this Soldier on his great faith.

While so many people forget this story, it speak volumes about what Jesus thought about men having special "friendships" or "relationships" with other men. Jesus did not tell this guy that he shouldn"t be "getting too close to this male servant, because being gay is wrong;" he commended the man for stepping out of his comfort zone and acting out of faith and love for his fellow man.

Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13. First, Thou shalt not lie with a man, as with a woman: it is abomination. Second, If a man lie with a man, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them, however, a big problem with quoting Leviticus. The problem is that Christians are no longer under the Law. We do not live our Christian life by following the Old Testament Law. The Apostle Paul makes this abundantly clear. It is not something fabricated to win an argument, or made up in the twentieth century, or manufactured to get around something somebody doesn"t like. It is clearly stated in the Greek scriptures. The Apostle Paul wrote it in Galatians:

All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." (Galatians 3:10)

When a person believes in Jesus Christ, all his/her sins are forgiven " all of them! Several passages from the book of Acts make this clear. Like in my previous i evidence i stated that Christians aren't supposed to follow the old testament for Jesus put an end to the old testament law when he sacrificed himself. Christians should only be under the Law of Christ (Galatians 6:2) and that law would be, "love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind"and to love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:37-39) . Jesus says we love our neighbor as ourselves meaning we shouldn't kill or insult them for being gay. The 10 commandments would come under Christ's Law also. If you loved your neighbor liked jesus told you then you wouldn't steal from him/her, you wouldn't kill him/her, you wouldn't lie to him/her, you wouldn't do all these things.

There's already enough evidence to prove Christians shouldn't be against gays.

TheGrumpyPotato;
Matthew 7:3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

You are wrong, this scripture refers to brothers, not unsaved, you must be careful how and to whom scripture applies, you can mislead young believers. Christ adamantly requires us to judge sins, not people. So your thinking that we are not to judge is wrong. It's the context that must be learned from God.

1 Corinthians 6:3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!

The sexually immoral are not our brothers nor sisters, they are condemned and lest they repentant will accompany all other unrepentant sinners to Hell. We must encourage them to depart from their sinful ways and embrace Christ that He may restore them to right standing, we are not to condone the conduct.

The bible says that it's wrong. That doesn't mean that we are the ones who should be passing the judgement. We are all equally sinners and if what the bible says is right, God see's all sins as equal. In the story of the prostitute woman who was about to be stoned to death, Jesus said something along the lines of "let the man who has not sinned throw the first stone." Meaning that we have all sinned so we should not judge each other considering that we are all guilty.

Titus 3:9 Avoiding Divisions
8 This saying is trustworthy. And I want you to emphasize these things, so that those who have believed God will take care to devote themselves to good deeds. These things are excellent and profitable for the people. 9 But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, arguments, and quarrels about the Law, because these things are pointless and worthless. 10 Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. 11 You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned.

1 Corinthians 6:3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!

Daniel 7:22
until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.

1 Corinthians 6:4
So if you need to settle everyday matters, do you appoint as judges those of no standing in the church?

1 Corinthians 6:15
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!

1 Corinthians 6:16
Or don't you know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, "The two will become one flesh."

1 Corinthians 6:19
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

Christ Died that whomsoever will may come to the cross and receive forgiveness and the remission of sin. But make no mistake, you must repent which means turn away from that sin, you cannot continue in sin and decieve yourself that you are not going to go to hell. Because an unrepentant sinner, remains an unrepentant sinner and is not saved! as to scriptures Romans 1 makes plain God stance on the matter;

Romans 1:21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator"who is forever praised. Amen.

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Then you should also already know not all who claim Christian ARE Christian. We do not bash, we do not support it because it is sin, but we do not hate them, just the sin!

To be clear, God hates sodomites (Ps 5:5), having personally executed two whole cities of them by burning them to death (Gen 19), and commands Christians to not only judge sodomites, but put to death those we find guilty (Lev 20:13).
