CD is never appropriate in the fight for "justice"

Justice: As defined by dictionary.com it is the quality of being just; fairness

Contention I Justice

Justice is a mind set, it varies from person to person. Any thing therefore could be considered justice like assassinating the president or just skipping school. Just by adding that you want to fight for justice as a means to an end does not make it justified. Morals vary person to person so as such there should be a means where all people regardless of morals can speak their mind to change a policy they dislike. CD is not the way of doing so it is broad and leaves ANYTHING open to do under the name of justice.

Contention II Society

CD is not appropriate because it destroys societies rules and laws which are there to govern appropriately. If we break one rule who's to say that we cannot break another. Society is structured in the US it is through courts and Congress that most of the US policies get passed. CD slowly tears away at the fabrics of these laws and policies instigating an anarchical phase. If it is allowed to continue the structured US that has stood for centuries will crumble away.

Contention III Alternatives

There are alternatives to CD that would get the job done, like writing to YOUR representatives to ask for a change or something of that nature. Believe it or not you and those around you elect those who create policies and laws. As such campaign for another candidate if you don't like the one in office, legally instigate change. CD is not the go to method and should not be even an option for those who want change

This is my opening and good luck to my opponent
