Maybe, but maybe not. Sure he had a bad year this year but maybe going to the NBA could actually make it better. Maybe it was that change in environment that he needed (because I think we can all agree that the environment at an NBA game is much different than that of a collage game). Players constantly go through good and bad seasons. Think of Damian Lillard, a rookie that plays for the Portland Trailblazers. Very few people knew who he was last year and now he is the leading candidate for rookie of the year. Maybe Zeller could have a breakout year next year. You also have to look at where he could be drafted. Some drafts have him going to Minnesota, where he would have Kevin Love to mentor him (granted Love doesn't leave). Several other drafts have Cody going to the 76ers where he would have Andrew Bynum to mentor him (granted he doesn't leave too). Some other drafts have Zeller going to New Orleans who have Anthony Davis who doesn't have a lot of NBA experience on Zeller but they could still work well together and create a force to be reckoned with on the inside.
