The most democratic and developed nations in the world are monarchies: Japan, Norway, Sweden, UK, Denmark, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and Liechtenstein(1). Monarchies provides political stability, are less corrupt, cost less and serves it's people better than republics.

You conveniently forget three of Europe's powerhouses that have elected heads of state - France, Germany and Switzerland. These do not have monarchs for a variety of reasons that I will go into later.

Only two of the top ten economies in the world have constitutional monarchs - Japan and the UK.
Only four of the top twenty economies have constitutional monarchs - Japan, the UK, Spain and the Netherlands.
Only eight of the top fifty economies have constitutional monarchs - Japan, the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Norway and Denmark.

So the trend is that countries without constitutional monarchs tend to have stronger economies.

Only eight of the top fifty countries on the Corruption Perceptions Index are monarchies - Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Japan and the UK.

So the trend is that countries without constitutional monarchs tend to be less corrupt.

Could you please enlighten me as to how unelected heads of state provide political stability, cost less and serve their people better in the next rounds?

Reasons for voting decision: Well Pro basically quit. In addition to this, Con had more sources and more convincing arguments on why Constitutional monarchies are not better. Con also did a good job refuting Pro's arguments.
