Yet pro didn't actually convert him. Convert means to change.

Thank you for a nice debate and im glad you didn't take this super seriously because i just wanted to see how people would come about doing this challenge, so thank you TheCommonMan for that interestingly convincing argument :).

Hello everyone. This is "TheCommonMan". First off, I would like to thank observantcheese for this debate. I would also like to thank everyone who supported my debating style in this debate. I didn't take this super seriously, I just saw it and thought" What the heck, let's throw a curveball". Anyway, thank you all again!

That was brilliant Pro. It was impossible for you to do anything else, since Con wanted to be converted to "YOUR religion," which happened to be pro. Still just blown away by the sheer genius. In just a few sentences, you showed how what Pro was asking for is impossible, so you did the only thing you could. You couldn't convert with your particular religion, so you did the best you could. Sheer genius.

Reasons for voting decision: There was no conversion taking place. If I like mac 'n' cheese and I walk up to someone and say "make me like your favorite food dish", if they said "okay, I'll make you like mac 'n' cheese. Since you like mac 'n' cheese, I win", he didn't make me like it. I had already liked it before he said he would make me like it. As such pro's clever attempt to try and win this falls because there was no conversion taking place. If con is christian to begin with, pro saying "you're christian, ergo I made you christian" doesn't follow. It's a rather one sided debate but con still won.

Reasons for voting decision: Better spelling and grammar, but there is no evidence that he successfully converted con to Christianity. Therefore, con wins every other aspect.

Reasons for voting decision: No conversion took place since Con was already a Christian. The resolution required that a conversion take place.

Reasons for voting decision: Clever, Pro, clever. "Convert" is the tricky part for me. Convert: "to cause to change in form, character, or function." (Googled it). Con wins. Wait. Gosh. To change to something that is the same. "Your religion" is Christianity in this case. Yes. It is contradictory. Pro took advantage of that. Pro also debated in the only way Pro could. I cannot deny pro her/his religious beliefs. Pro also had a right to debate. Ok, Pro wins you genius. So much fun!! I love the clever work Pro. Just love it!
