Resolved: Currently, the iPhone 4S is the best smarthpone available in the US mobile market.

Some definitions:

"best": most productive of good : offering or producing the greatest advantage, utility, or satisfaction (Merriam-Webster) Of course, the qualities that make up the "best" smartphone is the crux of the debate

"smartphone": any mobile device that has an advanced computing system; limited to:
Android, Blackberry, or Windows OS.

"available": purchasable by the masses as of right now.

Debate format is as follows:
Round 1: Acceptance of debate.
Round 2: Constructive Speech
Round 3 - 4: Rebuttals, Summaries & Conclusions
Good luck.

That's true, Pro I would amend your definition in Round 2... it won't be that big of a deal because everyone knows iPhones are smartphones. I would still clarify if I were you.

if it's limited to "Android, Blackberry, or Windows OS." How can you argue Iphones better if under your own rules you can't argue for the iphone.
