First, I would like to thank all who accept this debate. And I hope we have a legendary battle. Now, I found something extremely disturbing yesterday... It was something about Batman beating Darth Vader. So I did some digging in and found that the majority of people all agree that the Dark Knight can best the Dark Lord in any fight. Argument being that all Vader could do is a Force Choke and wield his lightsaber... People say that that Vader is just another opponent that the Dark Knight has to beat... So without further or due, let us begin :D

Let's talk about Batman first, ok he's the Dark Knight he's a master strategist, pilot, martial artist, detective and ect. Batman fans take pride in saying that he studies his opponent to the max before entering a fight... So let's say batman is very prepared, and please do not say that that batman will find a way to build a lightsaber, because first you need the force to assemble it, and you need to find the kybber crystal which also requires the force to find. So weapon wise Vader has the edge, for there is no "matter" on earth that can counter a lightsaber.
And for argument's sake let's say that Batman is willing to kill Vader. Some people said that Batman would be able to dodge all of Vader's attacks due to his martial arts skills, this is truly invalid. All of earth's martial arts have been developed for "human" use for humans and against other humans... NOT THE FORCE. One CANNOT properly wield a lightsaber without using the force as a guide. One of the Force's many gifts is "force speed" which is regularly used by all force-wielders in lightsaber combat. So Vader has his cybernetic speed doubled, by using "force speed". No amount of Earth martial arts is prepared for that kind attack. So batman will not be able to dodge any of Vader's lightsaber attacks. Another argument I found was about Batman slugging some emps into Vader's chest and Vader's entire system going haywire... If this made any sense then what makes Vader any different from some ordinary droid??? No, Vader's armor was made using medical science plus "sith alchemy" and will not be shorted by a mere emp otherwise a he would be considered as an unstoppable force to be reckoned with. His own apprentice "starkiller" poured sith lighting all over Vader, and he still failed to bring Vader down. And believe me "sith Lightining" is 200 times worse than an EMP. But fine, let's go one step back and say that Batman made a special Emp that shorted Vader's suit. You'd be a fool to think Vader would be vunerable. In fact Vader didn't have to Engage Batman in physical combat the first place, and no I'm not bringing up that force choke. Vader's force choke is just a favorite force power of his that he primarily used to torture or incapacitate his victims not kill. I'm going to bring up a deadly Force technique Vader uses to kill his victims.

Here's a link to the star wars wiki http://starwars.wikia.com... and below is a part from the page.

Force KillEdit
This power was used to telekinetically destroy the victims organs. On Korriban, Granta Omega used Force kill on the black-market dealer Auben's heart, killing her instantly.[19] Darth Bane also used Force kill on his father by envisioning a giant hand squeezing his father's heart resulting in a fatal heart attack.[20]
Darth Vader knew how to use this power, and demonstrated the ability to stop a victim's heart or freeze his lungs with the Force.[21]

Game over, who cares if Vader's suit is shorted he jus needs to reach out with the force and crush Batman's brain or heart. No matter how hard you train your body can't train your organs or your insides.
Note that this is only a fragment of Vader's abilities, and this is why Vader is considered ONE of the most powerful "Sith Lord" throughout the history of the Star Wars universe.

On issues I find with batman not being able to dodge his attacks.
He is one of the only ones to dodge darkseid's omega beams which are not form earth so he might be able dodge an attack from Vader

He just destroyed your debate by asking who argues this stuff... On a debate site. But yes, Darth Vader would chop Batman to pieces. Vader is the most powerful Jedi, which means he's a master swordsman, master force user, and master tactician. Batman is pretty awesome for a human on Earth, but that's like Captain America against Vader, peak human characters lose to superhuman characters. Force lift Batman and fling him into space, problem solved.
