We, Geeffree, believe that the death penalty is an inhumane punishment for criminals, and believe that life in prison is a better way to keep them away from the public. For one thing, the death penalty costs way more money for tax payers than keeping them in jail without parole. Again, we believe that the death penalty is not a proper form of discipline.

When someone is imprisoned they become a burden on society. Most attempts to reintroduce a criminal into society fail, as most are back in prison within 4 years. Why pay taxes and basically support someone's living who you don't even know, when they can just be killed and thus can never do anything wrong towards anyone else ever again. Yes, I agree this is quite a drastic punishment that should be reserved for certain circumstances only (serial killers/rapists, people who can escape, etc), but in these circumstances this is the only solution.

Even depending on their crime, they would have more security against them and more time in prison as the crime is considered worse. Justice should be the only way to run law, it's not justice if you kill a man that committed a crime. It would be vengeance. Also, taxpayers will pay more money to kill, than to leave a criminal in prison to rot.

We Geeffree does not have to believe that death is humane punishment. Geeffree needs only set precedent that no criminal ever performs such Capital Punishment to set all those criminals who impose such sentence free.

The fact is some people may find keeping someone alive can be much cruel to many more people then one. If we are going to count democracy equal in representation of judicial Separation. sorry I missed this when will keep reading.
