Since the inmate isn't going to get out at all, why make him suffer and waste all those resources? Just give him death.

@caty444 your argument is invalid as life imprisoned inmates have no use to the nation, and no opportunity to correct their mistakes. Why waste their entire lives in prison? I would rather die than stay for such a long time in prison

I would accept this challenge, but I already have a debate going on at the moment, but for whoever gets con, here is an argument:

Ps. it's rough, a draft, not your perfect grammar or spelling, so don't complain.

Just because someone has committed a crime, wether it's drug dealing, or murder they shouldn't be killed because of it. Even if it saves resources lives can never be replaced, they should be valued. They may of made a mistake in their life, and they'll admit it, but that doesn't mean they deserve death. Say they are convicted of murder, if they get killed, there is no point! Killing someone back is not the way to go around it. Killing people doesn't bring justice, it doesn't make us any safer. You can't kill every murderer or drug dealer out there! If that occurred our world's population would drop dramatically!

What do you mean by no sources based on the US? What do you want us to use?
