Mr. Rahl is absolutely correct. I could not add further rules to the debate because i did not mention them at first.
Congratulations, I concede.

as for the rest, though I assume no burden to post anything else to make it easier for my opponent, I choose to inform voter that my case against the resolution consisted largely of the fact that seniors who do not wish to drive are having their time wasted by driving tests, and "mandatory" for the class senior implies that merely not wishing to drive and not pursuing a license will not permit one to avoid the test.
That defeats the purpose. RR doesn't even have to respond to your R2.

First, I would like to thank my opponent, Ragnar Rahl, for accepting this debate as it is very hard to follow.
Contention 1: Older drivers are more dangerous
It has been proven that older drivers cause more accidents by leading Universities. (1)
Contention 2: More incidents involving older citizens than younger drivers
According to reports conducted by the United States DoT, there are more accidents caused by people over 65 than any other demographic. (2)
As we can see, older people are more of a threat on the road than any other group, therefore the US should mandate yearly driving tests.
