In debate.org, there are hundreds of debates being made everyday. Many times, people can not view every debate. Most of the time, a debators vote will be what mostly affects the results of the debate.

Therefore, debators will vote for themselves and most likely win. This is not morally correct. The debator who votes for himself just wants to win.

Con

I stand in the CON position for this debate.

This is what I will say for now
-If both debaters vote for themselves in the voting period of a debate, they will then be tied and it will not affect the outcome of the debate at all.

-Also, there are certain instances when a debater votes against themselves

CoronerPerry says-

After I accepted the challenge is when I realized how right my opponent truly was heck, I even voted for him.

Rebuttal-
"Many times, people can not view every debate."
True, personally I have not read every debate on this website.

"a debaters vote will be what mostly affects the results of the debate."
Refuted by my reasoning. No affect.

"debaters will vote for themselves and most likely win."
Refuted by my reasoning. Nope, tied.

"This is not morally correct."
Define morally, because I assure you that my morals are very much different than yours.

"The debater who votes for himself just wants to win."
Yes.

This is all I will say for the time being.

Your turn...

BTW... I was kinda joking too.
Don't think of me as a serious person, because nothing I ever do is serious.

Really nothing.

I've been really busy and yes I know its ironic I didn't reply to my own debate that I created. I still can't reply much but if you want you can remake the debate if it pleases you. I will try to post my argument but like I said, that will be difficult for me. BTW, I voted for myself also. =P

It really doesn't matter, because after both debaters cast their votes it will be back to a tie. There's not much difference between 0 to 0 and 7 to 7.

No, I saying since there are limited amount of voters, the only people who participate in the result of a vote are the debators...

To quote Master Shake, "I'll do WHAT I want, WHEN I want and HOW I want."

But seriously, what is immoral about wanting to win? Are you saying that I'm being immoral every time I try to win a game of Halo?
