It is the common belief of Christians that Jesus died from asphyxiation. I am opposed to this opinion.
First round is acceptance.
Second round is the principle argument.
Third round is the rebuttal.
Thank you to whomever accepts. I look forward to this debate.

Hi TraditCatholic,
I'll accept your argument, and do not believe asphyxiation is what Jesus would have died from.
I too am a practicing Roman Catholic.
Good luck to ya

Jesus is a great man and messenger of God, the Creator. His opponents tried to kill him but God , the Creator saved him and lifted him up to a safe place until he will come back to call people to the same and only one God, the Creator. All prophets called for the same religion : that is the instructions of God , the Creator.

Whether or not you may believe in Jesus as the Son of God, archaeologists tend to believe Jesus Christ was a real human being. This is gathered mostly from Roman and Jewish writings of the time, as the Christian writings would obviously be somewhat biased. It is estimated he was likely born between the years 4 and 3 B.C. But of course, it is tough for any of us to know without having been there in witness.

First you should probably establish if he even existed. If you can't do that, it's probably nonsensical to debate the specifics of his death.
