In my opinion some companies go to far when they enforce dress codes. One of the places I worked at makes me wear a buttoned shirt all the way up.'This makes my neck lean downward, which makes me highly un comfortable.

Also, the expense(they made me pay for it) was too high.

Since He FFed I will keep this short and sweet.

Reasons why dress codes are enforced.

(1) To look professional when other people are visiting your work place. You don't want anyone wearing anything they want. The nicer you look, the better the message it sends

(2) It helps identify whom works at the company. Most of these places have name tags.

(3) It prevents sexual harassment.

If he chooses to respond , I will elaborate further but for now these will do
