I think those who don't use social network like face book or twitter are usually alienated from people around them. Because today, most people use them and they talk about the issues that are posted in social networks. Then it makes people who are not familiar with face book, twitter or any other things feel a sense of alienation.

No, they do not. I have first hand experience that if you separate your online social life and your real life relationship, they do not affect each other. And yes, it is possible to keep your online life and social life separate.

It is impossible to separate online topics from offline topics.
Because when we talk about something, anyhow something that we saw on the Internet appear.
Social networks cannot be apart from offline talking issues.

There are many topics around the world. You can talk about anything. People who don't use social network can get their news from newspapers and magazines.
Some friends don't use social networks all together. They are dependent on each other for news and topics to talk about.
And you don't need a social network to get news. The internet is a robust and full way of getting the news. And the internet is available to everyone.

So, one, there are many topics to talk about. Two, some people don't use social networks and still have things to talk about. And three, the internet is available to everyone and has a wide variety of news.

Of course there are some people who don't use social networks but nowadays, most people use them.
If those who don't use any social works play together, talk about something together, they still feel a sense of alienation because they are just few. What's more, today, many information and issues spread out through social networks more quickly than newspapers because they reports something in real time. That's why lots of people use networks as one way to hear news.
In conclusion, I think social networks largely influence on relationship because first, almost everyone use them so that it is rarely possible to avoid talking about topics that are posted on social networks and the next, it is sometimes better to get information than other medias because it is used in real time.

The only argument you have provided about social networks ruining relationships is about the point about alienation. I think that my three point argument has provided enough analysis to conclude that social networks can not influence relationships.
