I love looking at photos of celebrities. But then I think, How do they feel having all that attention 24/7. Rules rarely matter; it's all about the money. Paparazzi dream of getting the next big shot, and some will do anything to get it. They litterally stalk their big star and take photo after photo. Some will sit in cars or run up to them. Maybe the star is going to see a boy friend people don't know about. They would kill to get a picture of that. It'd be alot of money. There are also car chases. Sometimes 5 cars full of paparazzi will follow one star. And to make sure theyt dont lose him/her they speed, run stop lights, and stop signs. They also drive on the wrong side of the road. This dangerous for everyone, including the star. According to New York Times, in January 2013, a photographer was chasing Justin Bieber's whit ferrari on a L.A. highway. The photographer was hit by a car and died. Also, Princess Diana was killed in 1997 after her driver crashed at high speed trying to elude the paparazzi. We'll never do away withpaparazzi. We should have laws to prevent them from stalking celebrities and putting the publics safety at risk.

I don't think that paparazzi have too much freedom at all. First of all, it's called freedom of press. In the Constitution, it simply states (well, not so simply) that we can print anything we want to print. Period, point blank.

Yes, i believe they do, they have way to much financual freedom and unlike regular american citizens, if one of them gets caught with drugs or are caught with a drinking problem, they get to go to freakn fancy rehab centers while us regular citizens go to jail.

No, they don't have any social decorum.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro had the best arguments. Con ignored important point made by Pro and Pro's were filled with much more evidence and reasoning. Everything else was a tie.

Reasons for voting decision: 1 round debates aren't really debates, but in any case I'd say Pro won this. Con ignored a lot of Pro's points (which wouldn't have been too hard to refute if she would've tried). Her only point was that they have the legal right to print whatever they want to print, but Pro's main objections had to do with paparazzi breaking laws and killing themselves and others while trying to get a scoop. I'd go on, but I think I've already written more than either of them at this point.
