I will say yes. No matter whether it is realized or not, every person has a series of spiritual teachers. This is due to the fact that it is impossible for a person to go through life without moral interaction with another person. No matter how small, interactions involving morality shape our spiritual progress.

I accept. Spiritual Leader is defined as someone who leads in a certain religious or spiritual group. Example: A Bishop is a spiritual leader of the Catholic Church.

So it could be said that all humans are spiritual teachers whether they like it or not. We all learn from example and we all need a little gudiance to lead us to the right path.

You have not proved that "All humans are spiritual leaders."

Why you do not need a Spiritual Teacher to make spiritual progress
Someone can read the Bible or any religious book and make spiritual progress without a spiritual teacher helping them. You do not need a Bishop to read the Bible.

there can be many teachers who cross the path of your life, each contributing in some way to your inner growth. It would depend on the individual and at what stage of deveopment they are at present.
Also, it's been said, "The greatest teacher is within you," and that is the "Christ Mind", your higher Self. So, depending on your individual needs, there is always guidance available in this world or the next. I believe that's the Holy Spirit's work, to teach us everything about our Creator, and in turn ourselves.
I know some say they are 'spiritual beings' learning to connect to the universe and so on...but what use is that if we don't know the Creator of the universe.

God designed us to know Him, so He provided a teacher, His Holy Spirit.

My opponent has gone from one point to another. Religious leaders:

Hypernyms ("religious leader" is a kind of...):

leader (a person who rules or guides or inspires others)

religious person (a person who manifests devotion to a deity)

Hyponyms (each of the following is a kind of "religious leader"):

ayatollah (a high-ranking Shiite religious leader who is regarded as an authority on religious law and its interpretation and who has political power as well)

guru (a Hindu or Buddhist religious leader and spiritual teacher)

Guru (each of the first ten leaders of the Sikh religion)

His Holy Spirit is not a human, thus not a religious leader by definition.

My opponent has not refuted my point. You do not have to have a religious leader to help you to read the Bible.

Spiritual inspiration could come from many sources, a book, a famous person (living or not), a picture, a teacher of a subject altogher different than spiituality. Spiritual growth can come with or without a teacher present. A good, honest, loving Mentor as a guide is a good start in the right direction, although the true guide in the end is always within One. For there are two the outward Man, personality, and the inward man, the Spirit. It is thus we have the two, the servant and the Master. Jesus was the man and Christ the Spirit; the servant and the Master. So it is with all men. The true Seeker should go into the "Silence" and listen every day until one discovers it as the Presence, as Peace. All the answers are their
