Does music help improve sleep quality in adults with insomnia?

Lol!! Music cannot help improve sleep quality. Music is a noise (Of course, it's a particular noise) that's why you cannot sleep deeply with it.

Well it does depend on the music type. Listening to music, which is a non-pharmacological method, might promote relaxation, induce distraction responses and promote sleep quality.

Can you give an example to illustrate your argumentation please?
