Look, cancer treatment such as kimo and etc.. is a billion dollar industry. It is a steady cash flow that comes over a long period of time. If someone was to have cancer and go to treatment over a period of 3 years and possibly end up cancer free, well great, but that was a lot of money. Would that be more expensive than (lets say there is a vaccine to just cure it within a couple days like a flu shot or so) just one shot to cure it or periods of treatment over time? The point is this corrupt government will always do what brings in more money and to control population. So do you think they have it?

if they had the cure for cancer they would have let it out. they are not going to keep it from everyone.

That was really weak argument that had no backing up. You can't just be blinded by the normal and think everything is perfect in this screwed up world. Your an ignorant, blinded American citizens, who does not know anything about what goes on in the corrupted government.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct for the forfeit. Nobody sourced. Pro's S&G was better, but the rounds were short and readable from both sides. As to arguments: I'm leaving it tied. Pro never offered any evidence to support the contention that the government HAS the cure for cancer. The argument, taken at face value, only establishes that IF they had the cure, they'd hide it. And that argument shouldn't be accepted at face value--it was an assertion as to motive. Con rebutted with the assertion that they would release it. Neither side made any kind of *compelling* argument. Pro had the BoP, and clearly failed in it. Yet, Con's argument was just an assertion, so I hesitate to award points for making a "convincing argument". At present, I'm leaving that tied. As always, happy to clarify this RFD.
