They can damage company property! Thy can ruin the rep. Of the company. Acts outside work can be very bad and can cause sues! Lathe people in employment must be nice people with good reputations in society.

Con

Although you have made an incoherent argument, I will be taking the side of CON. People shouldn't be fire for stuff they do outside of work! From what I understand, your concern is coming from property damage, bad reputation, etc. It wasn't too specified, but I can manage.

I believe someone shouldn't be fired because of stuff they do outside of work. Now, everyone has they're personal life so I don't believe bad publicity would be an issue. Unless of course an employee decides to bash on the company they work for out of work.

Imagine an economy that required everyone to always follow the rules of the company they work for. During work or during their personal life. No privacy, just to abide by the rules. That meant, if someone who was manager or boss of the company they work for, they could fire you any moment they find something wrong with what you do in your personal time. And not to mention, how the f*ck would they know why you do in your personal life? See, this kind of stuff leads to other things. Money issues, etc.

I have already stated what was needed and feel like my opponent doesn't take this debate seriously. Which is very disappointing.
