Premise: Not all religious organizations enjoys tax breaks, only those our government deems legitimate.
Premise: The way in which the government chooses which religious organizations to not tax seems unfair.
Conclusion: Therefore, all churches should have to pay government taxes

Churches ( referring to place of worship) have to go under stringent IRS protocol. Religions like Scientology and the Church of The Flying Spaghetti Monster do not fulfill these criterias.

One of the Biggest reasons why Churches are not taxed is to show separation of church and state, as seen in Supreme Court ruling of Walz v. Tax Commission of the City of New York. Taxing religious organizations that follow the rules of the IRS is in strict violation of the first amendment.
