A debate wether we should force every black gang member to work in the mines.

Observation 1: The resolution encompasses every single black gang member, not for example 99%.
Observation 2: The word should signifies a moral obligation, therefore the decision we make must uphold the value of morality.
Observation 3: This resolution specifically states forced, therefore physical force would have to be applied.
Observation 4: Pro has to prove that making enough mines for every black gang member is even feasible.
