Okay, looks like I win this one...

I was going to argue that evidence standards are sufficient:

(1) Proof beyond a reasonable doubt is required, which is really high standard.
(2) No inadmissible evidence is allowed under Fed. Rule of Evidence 401.
(3) No evidence that is more prejudicial than probative is allowed under Fed. Rule of Evidence 403.
(4) Character evidence is not allowed (i.e. trying to prove someone committed a crime because they are simply a "bad person").
(5) Hearsay evidence is not allowed because it is unreliable.
etc...
