Imagine yourself dangling your own feet out of the window, preparing for suicide, or being very depressed after the exam. We totally disagree on today's motion, THBT Exams should not be banned. Exams Usually decide your everything. Sometimes, going to an exam means deciding on what your future would be and what your job will be, or what school or University you would go in. All this decision making is all compressed in an hour. This will create great stress for you. All that time is crammed up in an hour or two and all the revision is crammed up in the week before. Some people might say that we should have some stress but having too much stress especially before the exam will create deadly life problems. The stress is build up by the children's parents or their peers before and after an exam. After the exam, children would be worrying about being scolded by their parents and high school students would be worrying about not getting into a good university. All this pressure can create deadly problems and you certainly want to avoid it.

I believe that exams should be banned as exams only test the student"s memory rather than their ability, so any student with good memory will have a good mark and someone with bad memory but really like studying would not get so much of a good grade. But if you still want to test the child, you could test them over long term projects which would work much more better.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct - Tie. Both forfeited rounds, thus neither are awarded conduct points. S&G - Tie. Both had minor spelling and grammatical errors, thus neither are awarded these points over the other. Arguments - Con. Pro failed to present any arguments in affirmation of the motion. Con was the only one to present any arguments whatsoever, the final round of which covered factors like the usefulness of exams and the faults in their implementation, which remained standing unchallenged. Due to this clear failure of Pro to maintain the BOP, Con wins arguments. Sources - Tie. Neither side utilized sources.
