I accept the debate. No semantics.
This is about Foreign Direct Investment in India, otherwise known as outsourcing. I am arguing that it will lead to a form of economic slavery. Con will argue against.
I just realized there's only 5 minutes to post, what the hell???

base job training such as customer service and manual labor are the

only key area of expertise promoted by the FDI. India has become increasingly reliant on outsourced jobs as more

and more companies put FDI into it. As India becomes more trained in these jobs, they are losing expertise in

others. There are less entrepreneurs, less businessmen, etc. The country is losing so much potential that if the

companies leave India, these people would be stuck with worthless skills. 500 limit??!

The Indian people are already accepting much lower wages to
attract/satisfy these investors and keep them there. They are slaves to the companies. They cannot do without the
companies, and have to sacrifice immensely to keep them there.
The nation of India is falling further and further into what may mount to become a disaster as FDI grows. FDI's
increasing importance to India will essentially make India it's slave.
Vote con? :)

Just let me make sure. The resolution is:

'FDI is not India's expressway to economic slavery'

This is a negative statement. You are 'Con'. This means - according to you:

'FDI is India's expressway to economic slavery'

If I have understood the resolution correctly, I am definitely taking it up.
