Con resorts to Ad hominem attacks in the first round.

Feral house cats are vermin because they cause disease in humans [4]., destroy wildlife, and even cause extinction of species. [5]. The feral cats should be exterminated because there are so many and destroying them would cease the previously mentioned detrimental affects.

About feral and house being mutually exclusive. You have to look at how language is used in phrases as opposed to looking up works in the dictionary.

"feral house cats are the most abundant predators. "

As you can see the phrase feral house cats is used. I think this phrase is an effective and succinct way to convey feral cats but exclude the large cats like mountain cats, bobcats, jaguars, lions, tigers, leopards, pumas, cheetah, lynx, panther, cougar and so forth.
