I think all the world governments should come to mutual agreement and start free education upto graduation level.This idea came to my mind because i thought the cure for cancer may be in hidden in mind of children who can't afford to go to goo school or college... What do you think?

All the governments in the world should allow free education until graduation level.


Definitions:


Government (Oxford Dictionary)


The group of people with the authority to govern a country or state; a particular ministry in office.


(To clarify: A Government is not a President, so the United States does not count.)


Graduation level (Ask.com)


A graduate level education is received after a person completes their undergraduate education by receiving an associate's or bachelor's degree.


Burden of proof:


Both sides have to provide proof.

I don't see how a government can provide free education. Somebody has to pay the teachers, and pay for the books and electricity, don't they? If the government pays for that, they have to get the money from somewhere, and it's probably going to come from tax payers--the very people sending their kids to school.
