Every one has the right to know what is in their food or how it was made. There are those who practice a certain religion or are vegans and vegetarians and need to know where their food came from and how it was made. Especially if GMOs use animal dna at times. Even if you are not any of those people named all of us have a riggt to know. For the well being of everybody involved, genetically modified foods should be labeled. http://agbioforum.org...(source)...

Industries, factories, and any other company that manufactures GMO products could lose money and go out of business by consumers not buying their products (1). There are other individuals that cannot tell nor define what a GMO is and still consume the items that are GMO. The way they see it, is food that gives them the energy that they need to do the tasks they need to do (1). It is understandable that there are people who "practice a certain religion or are vegans and vegetarians", but if they are not, then there does not necessarily need to be a label as it would only cause confusion to some who do not understand the term.
GMO's are neither healthy or unhealthy (2). There is no good evidence that supports unhealthiness within the food that can harm a person (2) (3), so therefore, adding a label would cause others to believe a terrible substance is in the product they might purchase and oppose buying, driving companies to lose major profit and go out of business.

See i have a problem with this, becuase humans have been genetically altering foood since we learned to farm. Take the best bull and best cow and mate them. BAM you have a gmo cow. Cows are GMO because they didn't exist before we bred them to do what we wanted. Cows as we know them only exist because of humans taking the best and breeding them together. They genetically altered them. Maybe not in the way we think of GMO but it is GMO. I don't personally see a problem with GMO. f any body drinnks pepsi or coke, you can find on the bottle labels it says GMO
