George W. Bush is a complete moron! He managed to get a second term to ruin our country!

You have a point, but that doesn't mean he's not a disappointment.
Now that I think about it, it's kinda funny that he did all those things on accident!

I argue that he is not a disappointment to the U.S. as a whole, but merely a disappointment to our government, or the executive branch. The fact that he is running the executive branch is disappointing enough, but the is not disappointing to America as a whole, because over 2/3 of the population hate him. That constitutes pity for us, not disappointment.
