George Zimmerman is innocent

New evidence in the George Zimmerman case has been reluctantly revealed by ABC News, which clearly shows the back of the George Zimmerman's head bleeding profusely. Consistent with his claim that Trayvon Martin was bashing his head into the concrete, resulting in Zimmerman shooting the teen to death in self defense.

Disgustingly, the Liberal talking heads — even after seeing this evidence — try to spin it to appear that maybe…just maybe…Zimmerman started the fight (without landing a single blow, according to Martin's funeral home director), but then got his but whipped, and only then pulled out his gun. What a bunch of moral cowards — also known as typical liberals.

Remember, Zimmerman claimed that Martin confronted him, punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground, and then jumped onto of him and began pounding his head into the concrete.

Remember how the Leftist Media and the Leftist blogs from which the Leftist Media gets their talking points jumped all over the video of Zimmerman at the police station, with no apparent injuries (except for the gashes on the back of his head, which they intentionally covered up with a news logo)?

Then remember how the funeral home director who prepped Martin's body said that Martin did not have any injuries or any signs of having been in a fight, other than the bullet wounds to his chest? Facts that are inconsistent with Martin having been beaten up by Zimmerman. Facts that are inconsistent with Martin being the voice on the 911 tapes screaming for help as he was being beaten up.

Remember how the police report and witnesses all reported that Zimmerman was bleeding from his nose and the back of his head. Facts that are consistent with his being punched in the face and having his head bashed against the sidewalk.

Every bit of evidence in this case points to Zimmerman's self defense claim being true. And there is simply no evidence that supports the racist narrative that the MFM and the race hustlers have spun.

None of the evidence supports the trumped up charge of Second Degree Murder that the over-ambitious State's Attorney Angela Corey threw at Martin to appease the race hustlers and to advance her own career. Even the most Liberal of the Liberal legal bloggers and lawyers are slamming the indictment as pure garbage.

Zimmerman is guilty also of asking for his a** to be
whooped.

George Zimmerman harassed Trayvon on multiple occasions. As
a certified block captain foogazi, he has called 911 to report a suspicious
person in the neighborhood multiple times. I personally don’t care if this was
race oriented, but what I do question is why is Zimmerman reporting a scary o
my lord its ted Bundy person in the neighborhood who is really some kid.
Zimmerman called the police 46 times since January 2011. 46 times. 46 failed attempts of reporting this dude to
be a villain.

Personally I denounce violence and do not ever want to get
into a fight and hurt anyone or myself. But I will personally answer hostility
with hostility. After the 3^rd call to the police that was complete
b.s. (judging that it was b.s. because the police never arrested “the shady guy”.
“I would personally break his face worse than Martin did if I could in ability.

Zimmerman outweighed Trayvon by 110 pounds. If he got his
a** whooped by a child, he is a guilty of being an unemployed jerkoff who
brought a gun to a fist fight , Zimmerman asked for his a** to be whooped 47
times.

The incident was avoidable, The police just had to be called
again to witness Zimmermans B.S. about Martin, but Zimmerman took it into his
own hands giving up his self defense rights regarding a fire arm.

The police told Zimmerman to stand down multiple times. I wonder why? Perhaps Zimmerman was arrested
for beating a police officer up in 05. Perhaps Zimmerman went against his own
foogazi roll as a block captain by violating his neighborhood watch booklet by carrying
a weapon (which was a mandatory no no).

Trayvon’s chachter was attacked because he had marijuana in
his bookbag. Trayvon played H.S. football and was taught violence probably
since he was a kid (being that he played little league with his comrades of the
field). Martin is 17 years of age.
Composed of a H.S. gym locker room “you seen her legs” state of mind. Note he
had a bookbag. So that implies that he was going to school. What was Zimmerman
doing with his life?

Zimmerman is a grown man who is unemployed, has a record,
and got beat up and discharched a weapon after asking to fight and stand the
ground. What I ask the audience is what ground needed to be standed? O that’s it
a black dude tasting the rainbow (skittles) drinking a 99 cent iced tea walking
home talking to some girl on the cell was an obvious threat to the neighborhood
and every inch of ground that needed to be taken was something that a block
captain needed to address and protect, like spiderman in NYC.

What is clear so far is that Martin should not be dead. It
is upsetting that he lost his life. Being Black in America or of any color is
by far harder than being white.

Zimmmerman lost his bail for lying to the judge about his
funds. He misled the judge that he had not even a dollar to his name regarding
the bail.

Then they find out what being black is all about in the U.S.
if they come here or to another melting pot developed country.

For one Zimmerman is guiltily of violating natural laws.
Laws inherit of everyman that Cicero wrote about, Web Du Bois wrote about, MLK,
Ghandi, The Bible and Quran writers, etc. That is --------No one
can justly take away a life. Zimmerman is without a doubt guilty of violating
natural laws even if he does escape the hand of a human judge and voice of a
human juror number 1 (foreman) .

Philosophically: The earth
is a place where people are decaying and eventually dieing. It is far from
rational. Hence a court of rationality under god (w.e. that is) is easily perverted
in their decision of justice in general.

The point here is Zimmerman is guilty of being a human and
now having to go to court to be in front of other humans who will judge him.

Regardless of the outcome who is truly to judge Martin and Zimmerman
with complete wisdom of rendering a guilty or not guilty verdict? Therefore
Zimmerman is not guilty and is guilty because humans are mortal and can only
pass a mortal opinion.

Back to Earth: I am arguing that Zimmerman is guilty and
have proven that he is guilty of violating natural laws, he has a criminal
record, unemployed, guilty of lying to the judge about his finances (hence why
he is back in jail) (He should have thought about doing the time before he did
any crime if he cannot hack it), zimmerman is guility of lying to the judge
about his finances, Zimmerman is guility of harassment of a child 47 times.

Gun discharge- from an inch to 18 inches, This could help
the defense or the prosecution, what does help me here is that the farther away
that he was hit, the better it is for the prosecution in convicting that
Zimmerman is guilty, and did not need to fire his weapon, even after the scrap.

Lastly Zimmerman gave up his self defense right, but when
was it during the event. When the police told him to stand down, when he
targeted the boy, when he engaged in his b.s. when he got out of the car.

Neighbors stated that Zimmerman was a racists. This helps
paint a picture of the white latino going after the scary black dude with the
skittles, plotting who knows what to the neighborhood.

Lastly why do the police have a job? The audience answer
that it is pretty simple, so the cowboys of the world cannot take action into
their own hand. Let the police determine the threat level of Trayvon, but
Zimmerman did. Is it obvious that Trayvon was not a threat. He did have the
police called on him 46 times prior to January 2011. I like to think that the
police after the 5^th annoying call did their job and reviewed Zimmerman’s
allegations ultimately determining that he was not a threat to society.

Lastly who is guilty of killing Zimmerman. I am a jury,
judge, a prosecutor, and a defendant in my own opinions though not formally of
those categories. Zimmerman did in fact kill Trayvon for being black and eating
skittles. I guess A dangerous combo to the neighborhood.

Irronically Zimmerman took a criminal justice class, he
should no better in the art of criminology. The police stated that Zimmerman
knows what he was doing because he took a criminal justice class but I question
that the criminal justice class was obviously not a help to Zimmerman. Where in
criminology is Zimmermans defense. Perhaps it is when the police figured out
after the 10^th 911 call that Trayvon was not a threat and Zimmerman
after the 47^th call decided to utilize his knowledge of stand your
ground after you take some ground.

Take the ground is not a Florida statue, but the stand the
ground is. Zimmerman gained some yards that day , forever taking all the yards
away from the football player.

By almost any standard, Zimmerman's legal defense in the Trayvon Martin shooting case has been a sort of ongoing cautionary tale for exactly what not to do if you're facing potentially serious criminal charges.

Almost immediately, within around thirty-seven minutes after the shooting, Zimmerman was already waiving his right to an attorney. He then proceeded to interview with the police for several hours without any legal representation present.

Then the next day, still without any attorney present or legal advice, Zimmerman took the police back to the scene of the shooting at the Retreat at Twin Lakes, and reenacted what happened on the evening of February 26th with them, step-by-step on video.

Had Zimmerman's narrative and recounting of the details of that evening been any less than 100% consistent, that's the moment when everything would have fallen apart for him — sometime right around February 27th. The police had every reason and opportunity to document and doggedly pursue any differences they saw between Zimmerman's initial interview and his video re-enactment the following day.

Rather than finding anything they could follow up with, what happened instead? The Sanford Police Department was unable to obtain any evidence that would allow them to press even involuntary manslaughter charges against Zimmerman. And no new evidence changed that, even as days and weeks passed.

As anyone who follows criminal justice knows, under harsh conditions and during long, station-house interviews, many people will end up confessing to crimes they didn't even commit.

Most people are conditioned from an early age to have a bias towards telling authority figures what they want to hear.

Police have been known to take skillful advantage of this psychological blind spot to extract confessions and other incriminating information from suspects during interrogations.

In one infamous case, four innocent men confessed to committing the same brutal rape and murder after being interrogated without legal counsel.

Even when DNA evidence exonerated them, years later, they were still not immediately released, because of the sheer weight a recorded confession carries.

Zimmerman not only didn't confess to any sort of impropriety in his police interviews, he seems to have been 100% consistent in his statements.

Which brings us to today's debacle with Zimmerman's attorneys.

Apparently, Zimmerman has not been in contact with his legal team since Sunday. He unilaterally contacted a member of the media himself, Sean Hannity, and there are reports that Zimmerman contacted the state prosecutor, Angela Corey, himself as well.

It's unclear how much of the web site he setup was vetted by his legal team. In any case, the site initially included a photo of graffiti vandalism in Ohio that has since been removed from the "album" page.

All of this, of course, must have been pretty horrifying for Zimmerman's attorneys, who seem to have been doing their best to rehabilitate Zimmerman's public appearance. They called a press conference to announce that they are withdrawing from the case until such a time when Zimmerman is back in contact with them.

The Investigations

There was initially a pretty strong assumption by most people (mainly due to the incredibly biased media reporting of the incident) that the Sanford Police Department had somehow been complicit in not charging George Zimmerman.

But as time has gone on, it seems the investigation the department carried out was actually extremely by the book. Lately, people have changed tack; they don't like the conclusions the investigation reached and feel state law must be to blame.

While the police spent weeks attempting to gather evidence and press charges against Zimmerman, the facts of the case simply didn't materialize in a way that implicated Zimmerman as having committed manslaughter.

Then the case was blown up by the media, and more and more investigatory branches of the government became involved, including the Department of Justice and the FBI, but evidence against Zimmerman has still remained elusive. If there is any strong evidence against him, it hasn't been released by the prosecutors thus far.

While some have said it was reckless for Zimmerman to leave his truck at all, the law simply does not codify that. Leaving one's vehicle inside one's own neighborhood cannot legally be considered "reckless" behavior, especially when Zimmerman was well-known as being the neighborhood watch captain for the community.

Of course, it makes sense that Zimmerman would leave his truck to investigate something he considered suspicious, especially when he was relaying information to a 911 dispatcher.

Many people have taken issue with the fact that Zimmerman was armed as well, but legally speaking, it is unlikely to matter.

Around 900k Florida residents have have concealed carry licenses. Carrying a weapon in one's own neighborhood is not uncommon, nor does it have any special impact on this case. There is no evidence thus far that Zimmerman was brandishing his firearm or otherwise using it inappropriately.

It may be that Zimmerman simply doesn't need his legal advisers as badly as most people assumed that he did. Presumably no inconsistencies were found in his statements on February 26th or February 27th. Had there been any serious discrepancies, the police would have already had plenty of rope to hang him with.

The crux of the case comes down to what was happening in the sixty seconds preceding the shooting. And those sixty seconds happen to be the part of the encounter we know the most about.

There is hard evidence of screams for help on 911 tapes. There is evidence showing Zimmerman's injuries, including a broken nose, and there is an eye-witness account of Zimmerman being beaten and yelling for help.

Since that time period is going to be the main focus of any investigation, there may not be much Zimmerman's legal advisers can do here beyond what essentially comes down to public relations.
