This infographic shows you why Germany has the best team in Europe raining over England and Spain. It's simply because we invest more money in our players, nurturing them from a younger age at football (soccer) academies.
I would like to show you why England is far better then the Germans (in football). If you look at the records, english clubs have been dominating european competitions in recent years. In the past 7 or 8 years, three different english clubs have won the champions league( Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd) while only one german team has won the prestigous award. England has been far more consistent than germany who have failed to perform on the big occasions. Though my knowlegdeable opponent has listed some facts to prove his point, I would like to point out that these stats matter next to nothing. What matters is the quality of football being played. It is difficult to deny that the english premier league has been far better than the bundesliga. English youth academies have nurtured the likes of John Terry, Gareth Bale and Wayne Rooney. Ronaldo has also reached his present level playing in England. The popularity of the barcleys premier league can never be argued with. All of this leads to the unavoidable conclusion that Germany is not at par with English football.
Whilst domestic football is still at the top of it's game in England, the national teams have faltered against their counterparts. Whilst the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester UTD and Arsenal (To name a few) have been successful in the champions league, what percentage of those teams represented the respective domestic clubs nation? England on a national level has not had the greatest of history's when you look at how successful the Barclays Premier League really is and although they can attract the top players, as a nation, England do not nurture the best historically.
