I am looking to debate the interesting question of 'God's' existence. I am referring to the God of the Bible so I would like to debate a believing Christian or Jew. I am of the opinion that god does not exist. The existence and/or divinity of Jesus Christ is irrelevant. Round 1 will be acceptance. Rounds 2-4 will be arguments and rebuttals. Round 5 will be concluding arguments.

God exists but atheists are fools, they don't believe in god. Who was the one who brought you to life? think about it.

1. I'm religious, i get it, it's nice to believe there's more to life and it's convenient for morality, etc.
2. faith relies on a lack of evidence, you shouldn't debate without evidence
3. the bible is not a reliable source, it relies in faith.

Yes. I agree that God exists. Without him, we wouldn't have been here. My Grandma actually saw one of God's angels with me. Also, If you read the bible, you will see.

mink204 - I have a debate with him to and his opening statement was not accepting my debate. His opening here wasn't proper either. We are looking for a sensible debate with simple guidelines. Why is it so difficult to follow?

cue the religious fanatic, this is all that these debates ever come to. Intelligent theists tend to stay away upon realizing that they can't prove their religion so i can't see why people bother starting them. that desperate for a win?

Asking your opponent to "think about it" can be a problem in debate. In debate, it is one's own job to make the answers crystal clear. One shouldn't ask one's voters and/or opponent to find your arguments for you.
