I will be arguing that religions such as Judaism, Islam and Christianity are wrong at their very core because their view of an omniscient God is incompatible with their firm belief in free will.

Claim: Omniscient God is incompatible with Free Will.

Any questions can be answered in the comments. I would prefer that my opponent had a relatively high Elo and has experience.

My opponent can feel free to make some introductory statements or arguments in the first Round.

Hello Russian, i shall not fail to be a challenge.

First silver bullet:

We choose to follow them.

Good luck.

Simply put, this is the argument:

If we have Free Will, then our actions cannot be predicted to 100% by any means. This is because with Free Will, our actions cannot be determined by solely physical/material means. Then how can God know everything, including our future actions? If God is omniscient, then that means he knows every action that we will take which means that our actions CAN be predicted solely by physical/material means, which means we don't have Free Will. So either we have Free Will and God doesn't know everything because with Free Will it's impossible to predict our actions, or God knows all and we don't have Free Will because our actions are determined solely by physical/material means.

I curiously await your response.

Reasons for voting decision: The Con forfeited, but this really wasn't much of a debate anyway. Have to give it to the pro even though I strongly disagree.
