Welcome to the debate! I am glad to back on DDO! I will open up my return with a debate over the infamous HB-2 bill that was passed in North Carolina. This debate will last four rounds.
1st round will be Acceptance Only
2nd round I will waive Con will begin his opening statements
Third Round; I will begin my Opening statements and rebut. Con backs up and rebuts my points.
Fourth Round; I will begin my closing statements no rebuttal.
This debate will be closed if you wish to join please ask in the comments. If you find a way to join without my permission it is an automatic forfeit. If you begin arguments in round one it is an automatic forfeit.

Please no swearing, trolling, etc.

HAVE FUN!

As stated in the rules that Pro agreed to I waive this round.

Man I just realized you're the Con position - I thought you simply clicked wrong when you selected Pro or Con, since your first round arguments references Con by accident. I didn't read the comment where you clarified it until now.

Yeah I actually agree with you on this issue........sorry man, I haven't been getting a lot (any) sleep lately. I hope you find a real opponent! :)

I know what waiving is. :) Thanks for the clarification! I have another question about the debate - how long will each side have to post an argument?

Waive is when you basically don't put an argument in the round. Thus, you state "I waive this round under the required rules"

Wait, do you mean that Pro will waive in the fourth round? Are you for Pro or Con?

I'd be interested in debating this with you. Just to clarify, fourth round is closing statements for both sides (no new arguments/rebuttals)?
