Pro has posted no arguments, so therefore it is impossible for me to provide a rebuttal.

I will however provide a basic affirmative argument for why this resolution should not be accepted.

This resolution presupposes sexual activity either has or will happen for college freshmen. The simple fact is that this is not the case. Sexual activity is a deeply personal, and often religious, decision. This kind of assumption is insulting to adults who have the right to make their own decisions regarding their own health and sexual activity.
