Happiness is fleeting and fickle. It depends on what is happening around you. Joy on the other hand runs much deeper than that. A person can have joy no matter what the circumstances.Because he knows that no matter how bad it gets it is subject to change because of the promises of God. As long as he does not take his eyes off those promises.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct - Pro. Con forfeited multiple rounds which is rarely acceptable behavior in any debate setting. S&G - Pro. Con had several spelling and grammar errors, whereas Pro didn't. Arguments - Pro. Con didn't even fully answer her own questions. Half of them asking for further explanations were left without, whereas Pro fully answered the questions and then was left hanging for the rest of the debate. For these reasons, Pro wins arguments. Sources - Tie. Neither utilized sources in this debate.
