Harry Potter would beat up Percy Jackson in a fight. Just say Stupefy and then it's game over for Percy

Con

I accept.

you could have posted a rebuttle... oh well I should have specified that on the first post.
I repeat what I said earlier- harry just has to say stupefy and wave his wand, and percy has no chance.

Any evidence for your claim? Please elaborate on the effects stupefy would have on Percy because your conceded mind and shallow thought has failed to do so.

Pro

I shall ignore your comments on conceded mind and shallow thought

Stupefy, or the stunning spell, knocks the victim immediately unconscious (as you would know if you had read the books).
what can percy do to block it? Percy's power is limited to if there is water in the sorrounding. Harry could preform a vanishing charm on all water in the sourrounding area, and Percy would be defenseless. As soon as Percy is defenseless, Harry could perform his stunning spell, knocking Percy unconscious. If Percy tries to cause an earthquake, Harry could perform a levitation charm on himself and wouldn't be effected by it.

Pro: You have no evidence that Harry can perform a levitation spell on himself. Also, as seen in the Goblet of Fire, both at the Quiddich World Cup and the graveyard encounter with Voldemort, Stupify is easily avoidable.
Con: I have absolutely no idea what you are doing.
