Homosexuality is a sin as said in Leviticus. And marriage is between a man and a woman. Homosexuality is a sign of the Devil and should be penalized with the death penalty. They also can't have children, and gays = AIDS.

Con

Okay, just for the record I do not endorse homosexual marriage or relations. I am also a Christian which is one of the reasons I am debating right now. I am a Christian who believes that there are a lot of individuals who are born gay. I see tons and tons of news stories about children showing early signs of homosexuality. I am not judging these children I am just pointing out what I know about gays. There are people at my church who are gay and I do not mind at all because they are nice people and choose to serve the lord which everyone should be aloud to do. I think the Bible points more to homosexual relations rather than homosexuality itself as being sin. Everyone sins and all sin is equal in God's eyes so I do not think it is okay to judge homosexuals for something we all do. Saying that homosexuality should be punishable by death is an awful thing to say because a lot of them are very nice people. Since when did it become sin not to have children, and all types of sex can lead to AIDS not just sex with homosexuals. Once again I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman, but I do not judge homosexuals for being what they are.

AIDS (originally named GRID......Gay Related Immuno Deficiency) is spread primarily from male to male due to certain tissues in the body being more prone to penetration by viral organisim, and certain tissues being more resistant (in the female). Un-naturally used tissues invite spread of disease. If people choose to engage in unnatural use of their excrementary tissues, they are opening themselves up for big trouble and they deserve it when they get it......they asked for it.

his account was made yesterday but he already did 5 debates, and you know he isnt really a christian fundamentalist because he also started a "your mama" debate.

In addition, he is creating 1 rd 1 day debates to enable him to vote sooner. Watch and see he will probably then go and vote for the atheist in any religious debate.

xx929 is just a straw man account, made specifically to lose debates pretending to be a christian fundamentalist whackjob.

Reasons for voting decision: Con points out that the Bible bans homosexual relationships, not homosexuals. This was a sufficient counter-argument.

Reasons for voting decision: I have a hard time taking pro seriously. Either he is posing as a christian to mock them. Or he was actually a Christian who wanted to go out for a troll!

Reasons for voting decision: Con offered an excellent rebuttal, although Pro's arguments were almost self-defeating in their offensiveness. Con offered some very reasonable arguments for tolerance and kindness within Christian morality and also helped debunk the AIDS myth that Pro so eloquently purported (gays = AIDS).
