I Kaylynn am against hydrolic fracturing because it effects our enviroment in many ways. one way it effects it is it may cause the increase in risk of global warming beacuse it effects how much water there is in the ground. another way it effects our enviroment is it decreases the water supply for not just us humans but for other organisms in our world. it also increases the earth's polution, when you fracture the gorund and start bringing gas from the ground it lets out natural gases and polutes the air. and when this is caused it creates a state where materials get into the crack and prevent it from filling in the space letting out unnatural gases that can contaminate the air. yes gas is usable but we also need to think about our earth, would we rather have a earth where everything is stable or would we rather live in a world where our air polluted and might kill us all. thank you

To me it can be bad, but you need to think about how it help big companies and other resources. we have the highest percentage and it has been used a thousand times each year with an exemplary safety record. That shows that we have well employees that know what they are doing that are trained.

my opponent stated that there was safety records on this....WHERE?? there is no safety record there are people who make sure that people are safe but in thsi world there are reckless people. i really want to know where my opponent is getting these facts. these natural gases are killing our animals because the gases are let out into the water they poison these animals. ( facts stated http://www.surviveclimatechange.com...) we need to protect our animals.

There are records to show that it was safe on the internet that it was safelty tested and there is proof and records. It increased our natural gas reserve by 13 percent in 2007 alone. They have a system that wont let the animals die drilling somewhere there is not alot of wildlife. They have thought of this plan so many times that it came to their mind that the enviroment was a major cause but they found a way to make sure it wouldnt hurt them.

Every statistical claim you make should be sourced..
No sources? What crazy world are we living in?

Suggestion: make a website and quote from yourself, get it? *wink-wink*

I can see how that explains most of it, but I think teachers would want people to keep their info private, especially with cyberbullying being so big in schools *cough*kayboo123*cough*

Not exactly. Schools sometimes use this website when they want students to formally debate each other, and when its entire classes doing this, the students usually make basic accounts and then debate over the exact same topic only against each other....

Nevermind it isn't the same two people but still I think that one person may have just made a bunch of phony accounts, debated them against each other (so the actual account wasn't their only debate opponent) and used them all on the same subject, and that is why so many came out at the same time.

Also its always the same two people, never the same person on the same topic with a different opponent.

Anyone else think this is an actual account and a second account for the same person?

One is 17 and a girl, displaying the normal info. Kaitlin is a guy... (not to offend but wtf?) in which everything is private(chances it just isn't filled out?)

The same thing has been debated about 6 times - I haven't checked the others, but it could just be a string of supposedly failed rematches, called rematches so as to make it seem more realistic.

Both have the same starter avatar (which really means nothing) accept it might translate to haste in creation - maybe kayboo had to make a 2nd account?

Both names start with the same letter, and one ends in "123"

This might all be coincidence, but I just wanted to put it out there.

Reasons for voting decision: These two have debated this same topic about 5 times. they both also threw the last round, so I'm not giving out points and I think a mod should look into this.
